pick n pay express bp no mananger on a weekend????

I bought pies on a pie Friday had terrible uncooked pie with ice cold underneath pastry....had to throw them away as I complaint about them but no response. I called the store no1 was willing to talk to me had to call abt 4 times was adviced on weekends there is no manager....how is that possible such a huge franchise with loads of service survive without a manager #confused# call the pick n pay cs but da agent advised there we're not picking up will get bck to me.....after weeks no response I sent an email to their cs email respond to say dr will look at my case, what kind of service do you give us....whole month of October I'm waiting for my refund waiting for an apology waiting for a call from the manager or customer service team. But no......if only piemans knew how ridiculously url destroying their pies, they would take away da pies from you. I'm disgusted by ur lack of service promoting negligence in ur work place with your staff. My ref *** how long does it take a manager or customer service team to resolve a customer complaints iv even thrown away the pies but I have pics I'm sure piemans will be so disgraced to see how ur staff degrade after being trained!!
