Pick N Pay Expired Milk - Order ***

I ordered food via pick n pay ASAP on the 1st of March 2023, today is the 17 of March 2023 and it seems they don't care about their customers as I'm still awaiting feedback. I places an order and received expired milk, I logged a query the same day and it took them 2 weeks to collect the milk, the mil was collected on the 15th of March 2023 after numerous emails and calls. Lehohonolo Molefi was the first consultants that dealt with the query and now it's Sheena Human and it's two days that I've been sending messages and she has made no efforts to contact me. The expired milk was collected two days ago and no feedback as to when the redelivery/refund will be made. I'm utterly disgusted and appauld by the pick n pay asap delivery service together with Thier call centre and pick n pay Redruth where the milk was from. Kindly provide an answer as it's been long now.
