Pick n Pay Epping, truly DISGUSTING customer service

Before i say anything, i would like to start by making this very clear by stating that my review is only concerning Pick n Pay, Epping Garden Village, behind Total garage Viking road. I've always been satisfied with the customer service at other Pick n Pay's but was left truly disgusted by the level of customer service i received at Pick n Pay, Epping Garden Village. The people at Pick n Pay Corporate should honestly consider firing ALL the staff, from lower level staff, all the way to the highest level of management at that store if they truly value their customers and their happiness. Besides my own horrible experience at this store, I was most disgusted at the way they treat the poor people who come to get their SRD R350 grant. I was so heart broken when i saw this with my own eyes. The people who were there from 7 am when the store opened and were still standing in line 8 hrs later were ignored as if they were just some stray animal and when they tried to get any clarity regarding the situation, they were just ignored again as if they didnt exist. It makes me so angry whenever i see people treating others like this. Pi ck n Pays management needs to remember that those customers are also people. How would the Pick n Pay staff feel if someone should treat their parents or grand parents the way they treat those poor people who stand in those lines for hours and hours, all for a R350, just so they can have some money to feed their family for another day. I have decided that i will no longer support this store and i also have the support of my friends and family who have also decided to boycot this store because of their own horrible experiences. We have all agreed that we will only step foot in this store again once the Pick n Pay Corporate office decides to make a big change in this store and if they truly value their customers the way they say they do, then hopefully we will see the change that needs to take place. I realize now that i should have gotten the managers name before writing my review but I assure you that i will definitely make an effort to get his name the next time I'm in that area again. Pi k n Pay, Epping Garden Village really gives all Pick n Pay stores across South Africa a really BAD NAME.
