Pick n pay employees stole my money

I went to pick n pay Blackheath on the 7th April 2020 around 09:43. As I was about to pay, I realised that my wallet was not in my pockets. I then asked for assistace with camera footage as I was 100% that I had it when I entered the store as I just withdrew cash. As we approached the info desk, I noticed the wallet as they were searching through it. I was a bit relieved when I saw it, hoping everything was still intact. When I counted the cash there was R1000 missing, I asked to see the footage from when I got into the store also where it was picked(by employee) tracking to the info desk. I was then made to wait for about 2-3 hours(as they were checking). The security lady came back saying they dont see anything the spot were the wallet was picked is not on camera(strange). I asked to see that footage and was told I'm not allowed. I demanded to see the footage and eventually store manager got approval for me to see the footage. The lady just ****led though a bit were I got in the shop and was told thats all there is. Nothing from were it was picked to the desk. To me it seems like they are hiding something as the person who the money is most probably one of them (there were very few customers inside). I need this investigated as we are not that safe if employees ***** from customers in your store. I need my money returned.
