pick n pay employees lack the communication
I was at pick n pay this afternoon, to buy cold drink. I found that all of the drinks in the fridge were hot whereas it is also hot outside. I happened to enquire from Mbonge who is an employee at pick n pay about the these drinks, the guy told me that if I want to buy a drink I will buy if not I must leave. It came to my attention that he lack communication skills , I asked from him to show me the person that he reports to he told me that he doesn't the person. I said it's fine they guy had no name tag on his chest , when I asked him his name, he told me to go around the shop asking people they will tell me, it really moved me! Because the guy was personal. I met a lady called Lulama who explain everything to me about the cold drinks and the hotness. Please deal with the chap Mbonge, because I am just wondering how many customers received that kind of a service.
