Pick n pay employee stole my phone

MY PHONE HAS BEEN ****** AT PARCEL COUNTER AT COSMO CITY SHOPPING CENTER. So today around 19:20 my partner and i went to Pick n Pay Cosmo City Shopping Center after gym to buy some fruits. when we get there, we took our gym bags and put them at parcel counter, and I asked the lady at the parcel count to put both of our bags in one shelve because we are together. to my Suprise when we come back, the lady who helped us is gone and there is now another lady, and my bag is on the floor. I just open the bag and put whatever we bought, and we left without check if my phone is still in the bag or not. when I get home then I realized that my phone is missing, and I put it in the bag when I was at pick n pay. this is so unacceptable, why do pick n pay staff ***** for their customers while we customers don't ***** from you?

I want my phone. I will come collect my phone tomorrow after work.
