Pick n Pay Elspark - Rude Staff and Unwelcoming Experience

I had a very disappointing experience at Pick n Pay Elspark. The staff were unfriendly and gave off very snobby, unwelcoming attitudes. On more than one occasion, I noticed staff making ****** comments among themselves in their own language while looking at customers, which felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. What made it worse was being spoken to in a rude manner and even being told to clean up or handle things that are clearly part of their job. As a customer, that is completely unacceptable. Shopping here felt unpleasant and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful and helpful, but that was definitely not my experience. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff behaviour and customer service.
