Pick n pay Elgin Mall as bad as it can be

Pick n Pay Elgin Mall, extremely slow by their tills, sold us sour milk, can't assist with cash-back and card terminals not calibrated, they will even tell you just how much cash their previous customer withdrew, what happened to privacy? I have complained prior to this complaint on their website, but received no response.
