pick n pay eerste rivier old stock

i am disgusted by pick n pay eerste rivier for selling old out dated stock. i went to purchase some cream at pick n pay on the 13.11.2019 . just before using the cream i checked the date and the cream best before date was the 11.11.2019 the cream was old and smelly i am really disgusted by you guys i called the head office lizele told me she will call the manager of the store right now as there phone lines are not working at pick n pay i still did not get a call from the manager this is bad customer service.
