Pick n Pay

Very bad customer service at Pnp Wonderboom Junction.

I have a lot of patience and used to love pnp very much not any more this is the third bad experience I have at PnP Wonderboom Junction.

Firstly the managers see you waiting to get helped at ham station or bakery station and not calling staff to help us. They look you in your eye and just pass.

Secondly the que is very long because only 3 cashiers is working and then when you are at the till point to pay they help pick n pay staff to pay for coldrink but dit not even stand in que they just pop up in front of till give coldrink without assisting clients first.

The other bad experience I had Is that a customer before me in the que didn't put his mask on his face and I had to tell him to put on his mask not the pnp cashier that works for the store.
