PICK N PAY EAST RAND MALL TV DEPARTMENT

I always believed pick n pay was a very customer serviced based company today I was proven wrong when I met the manager at the east rand mall Mr Malagodi he is very unfriendly nor considering or sensitive to what customers are going through

I bought a TCL TV on the 15th December 2022 I spend 7999 the TV is not going on on the 06 January 2023 this is ot even a month I took the TV to the east rand mall store Mr Malagodi than just said he will send the TV to the service department which only opens a week after this means I bought an expensive TV and only used it for about 3 weeks and maybe have to wait another 3 weeks to get the TV back this not how a person is treated after spending the being a loyal customer to pick n pay the guy did not even look me in the eyes he did not make me feel like he cares he treated me like its his ****a shop what I am going through after 3 weeks of expecting a quality TV I get this inferior product and I get treated in such a manner at the east rand mall branch I would like my hard earned money to be refunded I also want customer to be careful what products they buy.

PICK N PAY I AM DISSAPOINTED IN YOU AFTER I HAVE TRUSTED IN YOU I BOUGHT SO MANY ITEMS FROM YOU AND NEVER WAS TREATED LIKE THIS I AM YOUR CUSTOMER I HAVE A VOICE
