Pick n Pay

This new ASAP app is one of the worst delivery services I've used. With all the new additional cost such as estimated cost and buffering amount,I was charged over R500 for NOTTING. I find the extra cost charged in a ********* business practice as it clerely stated on the app I would only be charged for items in which was delivered,which is definitely NOT THE CASE.

The fact that I have to have numerous calls with consultants who don't even understand this practice themselves is not only concerning but extremely frustrating.
