Pick n Pay Dumb Salesman

So today's date is 15/05/2023. I visited the Durban Pick n Pay Hyper by the sea to purchase a fan for R199 understanding how a fan heater works and working for a big sales company I'd be confident about what I sell to the T. But not the stupid sales man that tells me that the fan heater only blows hot air after I made him plug it on idiot just says no ma'am it only blows hot air. I know how sales work the higher the revenue the higher the commission he then takes to me the ones over R1500 which was probably his monetary value target for the day. Due to affordability and due to an *********** idiot I spend R150 on an Uber as it was an emergency as my home cannot be without a fan. I'd like to know who trained this guy that does not know what is a temperature gauge is. I'd like know the way forward because I was made like an idiot in a store where the idiot was actually the sales man. I'd like to be contacted or I'll pursue this matter further.
