Pick n Pay Drivers License Online Renewal Not Operational

Utilised the Pick n Pay online service for license renewal, it is quite clear it is not operational. i waited 10 days for the costs to populate only to discover that it had not been done , i logged a ticket where i was told to whatsapp my license number and ID number, i had already uploaded the relevant documentation onto the portal. At this point i will have to get it done at a post office
