Pick ‘n Pay drivers are lazy

Pick ‘n Pay driver refused to deliver my items as it was upstairs. He just marked my order as customer unavailable and returned my products to the store! Such a disgrace. When I called the call centre she said that there is nothing she can do. What is the point of paying for a delivery service if they won’t deliver!
