Pick 'n Pay Douglasdale racially profiled people

On the 28th of July I was racially profiled at Pick n Pay Douglasdale while shopping with my 5-year-old son and wife. My wife and I including my 5 year was put in a room for about 20 to 30 minutes. My son is traumatized and scared. After reviewing the tape it was NOT me!! and we received NO apology from Pick n Pay Douglasdale. I left my number at Pick n Pay Douglasdale for them to call me. On the 19th of August, a manager called me and said I quote "I thought this was resolved". We have heard nothing since. My son and family need consulting after that incident but no one has reached out to us. Pick n Pay Douglasdale uses the Pick n Pay name and brand as it is a family-run store. My question is how does Pick n Pay allow this to happen? There have to be rules and I demand someone to be reprimanded. You can't do what they did to an innocent family!!!! I would like someone from Pick n Pay head office to call me and not Douglasdale as it's been months and they swept this incident under the rug.
