Pick n pay double billed me on 2 Different cards

I went to pick n pay March to buy a few things using my student allowance card we use intellimali so when i got by the pay point my card declined thats when i used my bank card so going through my student allowance statement i noticed the transaction at pick n pay they double billed me on two cards even though the first one said declined.

I am very disappointed as i am a student and i depend on this allowance
