Pick n pay Dooringkloof 👎🏾

I ordered snacks from pick n pay via the Mr Delivery app. After 2 hours the order had not arrived. I sent a message via their X platform but didn’t get a response. I then called the number on the app and as I was holding i was given a WhatsApp number which I immediately texted with the hopes that I I would get a quick response but the WhatsApp automated message says to call the help desk and they we closed for the day 🫠. Anyway the agent told me she was escalating the matter. 40 minutes later and 8 minutes on the line I was finally told they don’t have any updates from the shop but working on cancelling the order. Funny thing is the order was cancelled as I was chatting to the agent 👎🏾. If they couldn’t deliver on time they should have said because now movie night has been ruined .
