Pick n pay.... Don't want to get paid?

Bluff vesicular durban. I Deliberately kept my items under 10 to rush to pick up my kid from school bus drop off. Express Till sign clearly shows under 10 items. 1 Person in front of me had a full trolley... Seemed like a staff member... Was accepted express till. Queue before me built up to end.. When I eventually got to till... I pointed out that the queue was now long. I questioned teller and was told 'I don't know why queue is long... Maybe there are lot of people' Instead of an explanation or apology. Arrogant reply. If a company cannot get it's daily staff to act on a professional, truthful manner... It is hopeless.
