Pick n Pay don't care

I cannot get my shopper card on my PnP app. I tried calling PnP customer "care" today... Care they do not... they made me hold on for over half an hour and then when I asked how much longer it was going to take, the operator just put me on hold again mid sentence. I see that you cannot contact them on facebook either, so hopefully someone will get back to me on this platform to assist me with getting my card registered on the App, on this platform.
