Pick N Pay don't answer there phones !!!!

I have been trying to get hold of PNP pharmacy Brentwood & the PNP Brentwood for the last day the 3 numbers I have 2 of them just ring until you are cut off and the 3rd is a cell number which goes directly to mail box, what are you people doing, I tried PNP head office***) to and you go directly onto music and after 7,45 mins I put the phone down no one taking calls there either, how do you actually operate ????????
