PICK N PAY DOESN'T WANT TO REFUND ME, THEY COME UP WITH STORIES.

I used the ASAP delivery method to make an order on the 25th of June the app later changed my delivery time to the next day without notification I then called customer care to cancel the order immediately because the address was at a retail store and I was not about to leave it to deliver there at Pick n Pay's own time, then the next day I see that the store was busy preparing my order to be deliver on 3rd day after my chosen delivery time , I then called customer care again to make sure the order was cancelled but still the driver went to try and deliver my order I personally called him and told him to return the order to the store then I get an email stating that they could not get hold of me which was a total lie no one attempted to call me. I called customer care again to refund my money and still they gave me stories I kept on calling daily and to my surprised they tell me that I collected my order in store. WOW I then confirmed that I did not collect and I want my refund back mind you I was buy formula for my child and II stay all they way I Tembisa what time would I have went to collect the order? I had to spend more money to buy the is I had already ordered and paid for.. I kept on calling mind you I have spent more than R300 on making these calls and I was promised to get my refund today the 8th of July and still did not get my refund... FROM THE 25TH OF JUNE TILL TODAY 8 JULY PICK N PAY HAS NOT REFUNDED ME. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! I WILL NO LONGER USE THE SERVICE
