Pick n pay doesn't want to refund me back my money

Pick n pay ASAP,I have experienced a horrible and I'm quite disappointed with the refund process..I bought items online the app didn't update my contacts ,I was told to wait 3-5 working days for refund. its January I need to buy food they don't want to refund me immediately there's nothing they can do 😭🤬💔 I'm unhappy with their service.
