Pick N Pay doesn’t understand the concept of “ASAP”

I always complain about these guys and they literally never do anything.

Imagine placing a order at 17:30 and 2hrs later it’s still not delivered,

I mean had they cancelled earlier I could have used a different service provider but because it’s Pick N pay and they are always unaccountable and have no regard whatsoever for their customers, they can just leave a order hanging and cancel after all stores are closed.

So annoying
