Pick n Pay doesn't care

I last wrote a review on the 29th of October. Pick n Pay Asap emailed me on 4 November to inform me that I would be refunded for the soft drink that I received that had been opened and partially consumed. They said it should take 4 to 10 working days for the money to reflect in my account. Well today is the 25th November...15 working days and still no refund.
