Pick 'n Pay Doesn't Care About Their Customers

I placed an order with pick 'n pay asap yesterday at 13:41 and never received my order from dobsonville pick n pay. I tried to contact pick n pay asap but never they never came back to me. This morning I decided to call again until I was told the store didn't process my order hence the delay, I was still not assisted. I went to the store and found my order sitting the with every working at asap relaxed like there's no issue with that order. I insisted that my delivery fee is credited whilst I'm in store but I was told it will be done but it's was never done, on top off that one item from my order was missing. I really had a terrible experience and all it ever did was to cost me with all phone calls I had to make and having to fetch that delivery myself and I'm still not refunded.
