Pick n pay doesn’t care

I didn’t receive my refund from pick n pay bottles on the 15th of April when I placed my order after more than a month of them just feeding me lies I contacted pick n pay which is associated to the app and asked if somebody could look into it as there are 100s of people complaining about the bottles app and nobody gets help. Since then 27th of may when I later my complaint with pick n pay there has been no follow up. Seems nobody cares about people’s money being ****** as long as they are getting payed. Absolutely pathetic
