Pick N Pay does not honor the Smart Shopper discount vouchers

We went to Summerfields Boskruin Pick n Pay, to do shopping on Saturday .30 June After swiping her Smart Shopper card, my wife received a voucher giving R40 off assorted Finish products when she spends R200 or more on Finish Products. So we bought Finish tablets 110, box for the amount of R239.99. When we got to the till, it would not give the discount of the R40 off voucher. When we called a manager, he says he refuses to take the R40.00 off , even though we bought the Finish product, because his particular PicK n Pay imports that Finish product, and that is just the way it is. Which I feel is dishonest, and even Pick N Pays terms and conditions of the Smart Shopper card, does not mention exclusions on imported products. It was really embarrasing to stand in the queue and when you get to the till, you have to try and sort this out while the other customers are looking at you and having to wait. Then I went home, and wrote an email complaint to Head office Pick N Pay, asking them for clarity on this matter. GUESS WHAT? Pick n Pay head office has not contacted me.
