Pick 'n Pay does not deliver as advertised

Pick n Pay currently has a promotion on 3kg Skip washing powder which is running until the 8 May. If you buy the skip you get a free movie ticket voucher. However when I tried to buy the skip at Pick 'n Pay in Morning Glen neither the cashier nor the customer services manager could give me my movie voucher for a free movie ticket. I had the Wicode on sms but still the teller did not know how to give me the voucher. They did not know how to redeem the voucher and weren't even aware of the promotion. They were rather telling me why the promotion does not work despite it being advertised in the Pick 'n Pay pamphlets and in store. Pick 'n Pay should not offer promotions if they cannot make good on them and if there staff members are I'll equipped to assist the customer. I waited for at least 20 minutes at the store and still did not receive my movie vouchers.
