Pick n pay does not care for their customers

A life was threatened and pick n pay does not care. My wife ate one of their products, after we noticed the food was rotten, we went to complain and till today nothing has been done yet instead they removed the products from the shelve and that's it, business as usual, hardluck to my wife's life which was at stake.
