Pick ń Pay does not care about their customers

I fell and hurt myself in Kingsburgh Pickń Pay due to wet floor more than a year ago. The matter was referred to their insurers who only reacted after I reported the matter to Hellopeter. They made a measly offer which I did not accept and motivated a counter offer. For the last 4 months I did not even had the courtesy of an acknowledgment.
