Pick n Pay does not care about food safety
Do not purchase from Pick n Pay, especially the Boksburg store, they have no understanding of food safety including but not limited to violating the cold chain. You put your health at risk purchasing from an organisation which treats quality as irrelevant. I have sent numerous emails regarding issues surrounding this to Pick n Pay with no response.

09 Jun 2025, 07:55Still waiting - you cannot seem to manage food safety or ethics. I think it is time we close your Boksburg store, even for a week the cost to Pick n Pay might teach the gutter trash that run your foul organization that customer safety actually matters?
I wonder why you are experiencing high volumes? So many complaints? Perhaps you should question what you are doing wrong, such as violating the cold chain and food safety in general.
To those reading this in the Boksburg area if you have similar issues with the PnP store, take to social media and make these issues known. Do not allow these organisations to get away with putting customers at risk.
