Pick 'n Pay Dobsonville Shopping Centre Disgrace and

I had the most awful experience at pick n pay dobsonville shopping centre, I was excused of theft by security guards at the exit and embarrassed in front of other customers. Instead of her approaching me respectfully she flat out came to me with theft allegations and the manager (Lucky Mbatha) was absolutely useless in diffusing the matter, instead he took his the side of the security guards and to add insult to injury, upon discovery that the items I had were paid for and the item I allegatly stole was not there, no apology or remorse was extended to me. I would not recommend anyone to visit that pnp as they don't know how to treat their customers. It's not not my fault their theft detection machines at the exit don't work. For them to embarrass me like that is totally uncalled for, but I hope they can treat their customers better moving forward
