Pick n Pay dobsonville mall customer service is very bad. I did my shopping after paying I realised that I needed to withdraw cash, the cashier told me that she didn't have money, she sent me to another cashier who told me that she also doesn't have money

Pick n Pay dobsonville mall customer service is very bad. I did my shopping after paying I realised that I needed to withdraw cash, the cashier told me that she didn't have money, she sent me to another cashier who told me that she also doesn't have money on her till, went to the 3rd till, was told the same story, I started to become annoyed cause it looks like every cashier didn't have cash, I asked to see the supervisor, she was called a Vuyo is her name she was very arrogant she told me that her cashiers doesn't have cash & continued with whatever she was busy with. I went to seek assistance from the manager who also told me that they dont have cash the only time they get cash is when it's pension days. Really? I was so disappointed cause it looks like they don't want to do withdrawals in that store. the manager was not even wearing her name tag
