Pick n Pay Dobsonville
My day was ruined by a visit to pick n Pay Dobsonville point. I was assisted at the tills by Poppie, a d was buying only a few items and wished also to do a withdrawal of R500 to which she rep**** she only ha R300. I then asked her to call her supervisor to check if other tills might have the cash, a certain lady by the name of Thandie K came to my assistance, I noticed the lady as the lady who had an altercation with another staff memeber on till 3. The whole argument was regarding Thandie sending people to withdraw at till 3, to which she rep**** that it was not of her doing, this was whilst I was queuing. The lady was so rude to me she left me standing at the till and walked away whilst telling me that I should wait just like all customers. I waited, until sometime passed and still no assistance ; people withdrew from the other tills while I was waiting in the middle of the store like a lost soul. I proceeded to ask Thandie K again if I could get the R500, she said no we still have R300. That's when I called her superior Thobile and another lady cnt remember her name. They understood this and was able to leave the store with the amount I wanted but this was 30 to 40 minutes of my time all into waste. Cashiers should be trained on how to handle withdrawals this is an issue I encounter always in different store not only this one,but this time I have had enough. Iam sure am not the only one, cashiers think that withdrawal is not part of their job somehow. IAM NOT HAPPY UNTIL WE RECEIVE BETTER SERVICE.
