Pick N Pay dobsinville is a circus

I made an order on the second of October 2021 on the Pnp app . Order never received , refund never received , no communication from the store , tried calling them no answer . pNP dobsinville is a circus . I made an order again today 10th October 2021 never received my order . Called the store 10 times no answer. Called customer service and was told the matter will be escalated but no communication. Can the store stop taking online orders . Clearly the manager is useless they don’t know what they are doing😡. I hate incompetence because no one wakes up at 5 am to waste time and money .
