Pick ‘n Pay do not honour prices advertised in ASAP app

I purchased 2 trays (24 cans x2)of JC le roux via the asap app. I thought it was a great deal. My purchase was accepted and paid for. Until my order was not honoured stating it was out of stock. I asked the driver which store he came from and I called the liquor store at Kenilworth store who advised that they indeed had stock of the item.

Eventually after talking to the store manager I was advised by the asap people in the store that the order never reached them. The asap online team called to say it was an error.

Absolutely not my problem. You **** and said the item was sold out because Pick ‘n Pay was a ***ard who did not honour the purchase I made. Instead they ****. Then the person proceed to lie even more telling me it was sold out before I purchased which was also a lie because had that been the case it would have not allowed me to buy it and we have ALREADy established that it was nOT sold out.

It is the principle of honouring the price at which you advertised the item.
