Pick ñ Pay do not care about their customers

I sustained an injury in Pick ñ Pay Kingsburgh and lodged a claim for medical costs about 16 months ago. I was offered a fifth of the cost which I rejected, since then I have had no response. I, desperately phoned Pick ñ Pay complaints who promised that someone would contact me - also no response.
