Pick n Pay disregards complaints over their services.

I placed an order of amongst others were, a box of bananas and a tray of yoghurt from ASAP.

To my dismay the bananas were overripe with spots and the yoghurt was leaking. I immediately sent PnP ASAP an email with pics included.

I got a response and eventually told that I failed a security test. I responded to the security check email letting them know that I gave them my number as requested and wanted to know how I failed the test. It is almost twi weeks now that I have been ignored.

A month back I complained about rotten wings I got from them and was ignored until I complained via Twitter only then was I responded to.

So now they are back to ignoring my communication including Twitter.

It seems it is their standard response to ignore problems hoping that they go away 😔. How do you pack visibly overripe bananas!? I must accept them? No way!
