Pick n pay disgusting behaviour

Security lazy and cheeky calling a pregnant woman with a backpack with a finger and searching back pack upon entry of shop. Baby is born and now 6 months old. Go and ask to draw money. Get an eye roll and a very slow walk to a teller to ask if she has money because its early( then dont offer the service if you cannot commit) I enter with a pram put pram aside grab a trolley with a carriage and then shop and pay. As I am done the lady packing my shopping who is almost to busy having a chat to the teller to pack my stuff meanders to the trolley section and brings me a trolley to pack shopping into without carriage( I had to put stuff back) I grab 9kg baby with one hand and trolley with the other and struggle along and teller continues her chat. Bakery are also standing around chatting as well as half your staff who are standing in the way chatting...you actualy have to say excuse me to get them to break up the chat and get passed to continue shopping at pnp savanah..( they are apparently busy revampung the place but its always been this slack!) Today I just cannot anymlre. I find this behaviour unproffessional and lazy as welk as reflecting very badly on myself as well as other customers who are also complaining as I left the store. Manager on the phone and guess what...chatting..
