Pick n pay. Disappoints.
I have two movie tickets that I purchased with my shopping card points. I asked pick n pay if they would do me a kindness by either reimbursing the points or what ever a charity because I am to ill to use them. Two movie tickets. Ster kinekor and pick n pay would not have it. As far as pick n pay was concerned. Throw them away. What has become of human compassion.

We have queries the above with our management team and have been advised that they will not be able to reverse the transaction of the Ster-Kinekor vouchers as there are no refunds to these tickets.
The Ster-Kinekor e-vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Unused, expired and redeemed e-vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for cash or points.
