Pick n Pay disappointing 😞
I am not happy with Pick n Pay ASAP, their drivers are not to be trusted. Made an order while I was at work unfortunately that day it was raining and my order got delayed, I called in to track my order and they gave me the driver's contact details his name is Desmond, I called him and he said there is nothing he can do he can't fetch my order as it is raining. And then I called again pick n pay to cancel my order and they confirmed the order will be canceled and it will be refunded on my wallet. Then the driver called me 45 mins later telling to come fetch my order outside, I told him I already left work and I already canceled my order. He said he will take back the good at the shop. When I followed up with Pick n Pay they said it showed that my order was delivered to me successfully, after I have told them that I have not received my order. I found that very disappointing 😞. I am never going to order from that app again
