Pick N Pay Disability **************

Every time I go to the ****arney Pick N Pay, I am always given a problem coming in with my service dog. the one time they asked me to go into the Ultra Liquor and that I would be served there, even though it was closed and the main store was open.

The staff always also give me trouble when I asked to be sanitised, and I mean EVERYTIME. there ha to always be an incident at that store.

Management do something about this segregation and indecent customer treatment! And I have had three managers do this. So please train your managers accordingly. If managers do this you can only imagine what the general staff has done to me. It's become unbearable during Lockdown.

And make regulations that make your store accessible to people with disabilities. Please avail shopping baskets for us! I can't push a trolley while I'm with my service dog, especially when everyone else is in a packed store.

Please, this is unacceptable!
