Pick n pay Diepsloot Chuma Mall (Bad customer service/rude and inconsiderate pick n pay employee)

Went to buy at Pick n Pay Diepsloot Chuma Mall The service was bad there was 1 cashier at the express till I stood in the queue for almost 20min

Then it was my turn to pay, then a pick n pay employee just scanned her stuff in front of me, then I asked her how can she do that without even consulting me or asking me as a customer if she can pay her stuff first. The response was that she is a pick n pay employee. This is a really disgusting and bad response from someone who deals with customers daily really disappointed

So in other others Employees can just do as they please and just jump queues without being apologetic to the customer
