I am furious with the parcel counter workers from this store. 1. When customers have heavy bags to put in the parcel counter they will tell you that they can’t carry heavy bags so you must go inside and put the parcels yourself.

2. I recently had an incident with a worker also, I had placed my bags with no hassles but when I had to get my bags, she asked me to fetch them myself. I refused, she begged me and said she’s feeling dizzy because she hasn’t had lunch. She even got annoyed by me. Like imagine the stages of disbelief I went through

So my issues here are: 1. I don’t want to get blamed and a picture of my face all over the stores doors because I’d be accused if other customers items get lost 2. So if this happened to me, they’ve been doing it to other customers as well, what about the safety of our bags in the parcel counter? 3. Imagine if I fall whilst in the parcel counters, would pnp account for that? I mean that boundary is strictly not for customers. 4. I find those ladies that side lazy to do their job 5. If the lady I had an encounter with who was hungry, was telling me the truth, she could have asked for relievers because I’m not employed by pnp to work by the parcel counters

It’s ********* and they are taking advantage of us, maybe they think not everyone can speak up for themselves

I didn’t even want to talk to management about this because I was ****ed. Customer service needs to be revisited in that store.
