Pick n Pay Diepkloof Square has dropped the ball horrible service daily

Not me creating drama at Diepkloof Square Pick n Pay...

Yoh guys I have had it with the poor service at Diepkloof Square Pick n Pay hay, so here I am waiting in the long que to pay for my smaller nyana items plus this weather is really not welcoming....I have been in the que now for over 30mins so I am the second next in line, didn't mind waiting I can see vele it's packed.

Until I see the guy l have been waiting in line with ( at this point we practically family we've been together in the que so long) points out to me that this one particular cashier has been chatting to the same dude for an awkward moment of time infact there is no groceries with the guy so I assume we'll his most probably chatting to mo-girl about something else I don't know maybe money transfer point or what ever.

Mo-girl is literally having a fat chat nomjita guys they were laughing girl was blushing guys body language showing his having a great time here so to verify I ask the matured man infront of us ukhuthi can he see what we are seeing he laughs and says it's been going on for a while than adds vele banje la Diepkloof square Pick n Pay.

Now not only am I irritated at the fact that I have been waiting so long in line thinking that they are short staffed I see there is a full row of cashiers and this one uyajola Lana on our time.

I call out to her she ignored me and continued with her man, I moved closer and out loudly shouted NIYA JOLA ON OUR TIME... Still guys no action called out for the manager security starts approaching I am like this is unacceptable in we've been waiting and explained what I was so obviously upset about than after donkey year the manager looking confused finally shows up asking yini what's what happening did she pay attention to what I had to say she asks the cashier what happend she lies guys and say the guy was asking how to make payment I shout of what!

You mean to tell me he waited in this long line just to get info from you!!! Again manager looking puzzled,Nurse,her name badge read.

I am so disappointed and to think I actually recieved good service in the past there but that was a long time ago, the quality of good in my opinion has dropped I used to buy birth day cakes every weekend there the stuff was so good now all you get is that black forest ****.

Pick n Pay Diepkloof square is getting worser and worser with everyday.
