Pick n Pay despicable customer service

Pick n Pay ASAP is horrible. I bought few things on the app. 1 item was off. I have no clue which pick n pay was used. I have been to the most pick n pay's around. They me they refuse to take the product since it didn't come from their store. I email call centre no response. I called my call was cut off and no courtesy to call back I'm done with Pick n pay.
