Pick n Pay delivery utterly poor service

Good day, today I ordered less than items for delivery from PicknPay around 16:28 , delivery was initially promised for 17:30 and then 18:00 and then 18:30, I called the customer center several times to query about the order and up to now no one knows anything and the urgent hung up on me. Pick n Pay must just close the service if it’s too much for them because now they are close and I am heavily inconvenienced because I need to use some of the items for my guests here at the house. I need my money back into the account from which it was debited and not a credit on the app because I will not use it again.
