Pick n Pay Delivery Service Poor and disturbing

I have had the word experience ever with Mr Delivery food Pick n Pay Gqeberha Kabega. I placed my order on the 25th of November, paid in full and they sent me a message that some items were out of stock therefore I had the option to request a pay out and my bank account credited or i place an order. So i decided to request a pay out. They told me it would take 3 business days for my money to reflect on my account. Until this day i have not received anything. Not even an apology. They not replying to my email just mized me. Im disgusted by this kind of service. They do not respect the customers enough to keep them on the loop. Ill never use their service ever again. They disgust me!
