Pick n Pay Delivery is awful
I placed an order today 30 November 2022 at 8:00 this morning. Still haven't received anything at 15:40 the afternoon. It says on the app it was delivered but no one delivered anything! So who received my delivery? Tried phoning them the whole day, emailing, but still got nothing in return. This is very bad service!!!

06 Dec 2022, 16:03You can share my details with the store. After my husband got hold of PnP ASAP he talked to a Gary. They confirmed the order was never delivered after trying to say that it was left with our security guard which we don't have. After that nothing. Nothing was delivered or no refund in my ewallet. So I'm still waiting again for something to happen. This needs to be resolved asap because I do alot of orders on this app. After this I'm using Checkers 60min app because PnP Asap stole from us.
